LEON REICH, ESQ is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation law. This certification requires at least 5 years of successful workers compensation litigation and demonstrated mastery of California Workers Compensation law. This expertise has enabled us to obtain benefits for more than 3,000 clients over the past 25 years. Leon graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School in 1973. He was a workers’ compensation defense attorney for 12 years with the State Compensation Insurance Fund and in house counsel with American Building Maintenance Industries. He entered private practice in San Rafael, California in 1985 exclusively representing the injured worker before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. He has handled all types of industrial injury claims, specializing in those involving serious physical injuries.

DANIEL HEGWER, ESQ joined our firm in July 2010. He comes to us with extensive experience with complex medical cases and depositions from his work in asbestos litigation since graduating from John Marshal Law School in Chicago in 2005.
MICHAEL REICH, ESQ also joined us this year. He is a licensed member of both the California and the New York State Bars. He graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000. He has 10 years heavy trial experience in New York pursuing insurance payments for medical services provided to auto accident injury victims.
